Zen Mode, the Statue, and Where CrewHub Is Heading

Hey! Quick update on what’s been happening with CrewHub lately. We’ve been heads-down building, and there are a few things worth sharing.

🧘 Zen Mode Tabs

We added Zen Mode — a stripped-back view that removes the visual noise and lets you focus on what matters. Think of it as a calm, minimal way to monitor your agents without all the chrome. You can toggle between the full dashboard and Zen Mode using tabs at the top. It’s the same data, just breathing room.

🗿 The Zen Statue

In rooms with active projects, you’ll now see a Zen Statue — a visual anchor that lets you jump straight into project focus mode, even while your agents are busy working. Click the statue to enter a calm, focused view of that project’s context. It’s about making project context accessible without interrupting the flow.

🏗️ Multi-Zone MVP: Main Campus + Creator Center

The bigger shift we’re working toward is Multi-Zone. Right now everything lives in one space, but we’re splitting the world into distinct zones — starting with two:

  • Main Campus — your operational HQ. Agent sessions, monitoring, logs, the works.
  • Creator Center — a separate zone for building and configuring agents, designing rooms, and experimenting without touching production.

This is still MVP-stage, but the direction is clear: CrewHub should feel like a place, not just a dashboard. Different zones for different mindsets.

🔜 What We’re Building Now

Right now we’re focused on three big pieces:

  • Multi-Zone worlds — expanding the 3D environment into distinct zones with different purposes. Think: Campus (operations), Creator Center (building), and eventually custom spaces for teams. Each zone has its own vibe and tooling.
  • Context-aware bots — agents now receive room context automatically when they enter. They know which project they’re working on, who else is in the room, and what tasks are active. This makes collaboration smoother and reduces the need to repeat context every time.
  • Onboarding flow — a proper guided setup so new users aren’t dropped into a 3D world with zero context.

That’s the current state. We’re a small team moving fast, and things change week to week — but the vision is solid. If you want to follow along or contribute, join us on Discord or check out the GitHub repo.

More updates soon. 🚀
